Insomnia, Chest Pain, Breathlessness , Dizziness, Loss Of Appetite, Numbness In My Fingers. Anxiety Attacks

I've been experiencing anxiety attacks over the past 3 days. My symptoms are insomnia, extreme chest pain and trouble breathing, dizziness, loss of appetite and numbness in my fingers. I try not to use medication when I have the slight attacks but can you recommend a natural remedie that might help me through these stronger attacks. I've tried breathing techniques, stopped drinking coffee and pretty much forced myself to eat. Also, Im not 100 percent sure if these are anxiety attacks as Ive never gotten them this extreme or frequent before.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

anxiety depression are natural behavior of human being, as long as it is controllable is not a disease.
There are many way to control your body and mind. You need to do regular exercises. keep yourself engaged in work you like.During sudden anxiety attacks you can try : Mindful Awareness means Close your eyes and breathe; noticing the body, how the intake of air feels, how the heart beats, what sensations you can feel in the gut etc.. laughing is good way to release tension and increase good feelings.

hope this helps you
