Injury With Metal Object, Pressure In Sinus And Cheek Bones, Elevated Pulse, Difficulty Focussing, Serious ?
I had a metal shower head fall on the back of my around an hour ago. It was a hard hit and took me a short time to figure out what happened. Since I feel pressure in my sinuses and cheek bones. There is no lump and its not sensitive to touch but my heart rate is elevated and I am seeming to have difficulty focusing on tasks. Is this something that I need to get checked out?
Hai,
1. It's been 3 days since the event - no swelling - no pain. So if you are alright now, then there is absolutely no reason to fear.
2. The episode of increased heart rate and lack of concentration can be due to anxiety after the event, as a natural phenomenon of our body.
hope you are well.
