Injury To Ribs, Shoulder, And Head. Should I Be Concerned About Head Pounding When Laying Down?
I fainted yesterday morning. Everything went black, I awoke to slamming the back of my head on our ceramic tile floor. I must has went down hard cause my ribs hurt and shoulder . The area I hit my head I can barely touch or lay it down on a pillow. Feels like I was hit by a car. Should I be concerned cause when I bed down or look down my head pounds with my pulse .

From the complaints you had described it could be some sort of blunt injury to the head, ribs and shoulder. I advice you to visit your GP or orthopaedician who can rule any major injuries to shoulder and ribs and can even refer to neuro surgeon if the injury to the head is pretty bad.
