Hi,

Based on the information you had left hand and wrist sprain with left 3rd digit pulley release, after that you had join the work and had swollen middle finger, and wanted to know if you could qualify for the disability claim.

It's seem like you my get leave for medical cause but you can't qualify for the disability since you need some more treatment to get the issue fixed. If issue can't be fixed after prolonged treatment and you physician is ready to write you a not then chances are that you will be considered to be a case for disability , still things will remain in hands of the authority to pass you claim.

Thanks.
