Hi pretty sore with swelling indicates soft tissue injury.tough pain even with slightest touch indicates there is underlying bone injury.go for x-ray of the injured part and see for fractures and dislocations.if present consult orthopaedician immediately.click indicates fracture usually.swelling can be subsided once bone injury is treated and pain also gets decreased
