The symptoms you have described are more likely to be symptoms of muscles or ligament strain.
Treatment guidelines for a muscle strain
or pull is as follows -
* Adequate rest for a few days
* Ice packing over the affected area once in 2 hours
* Once the acute pain subsides, Moist heat application over the affected muscles
* Gradual & gentle stretching exercises
& muscle relaxants as needed
If it persist even after it , consult your doctor for examination. You may get a MRI
to see any ligament or muscle tear.
