I injured my neck, upper back (between shoulder blades) and lower back a year ago. I had physical therapy, steroid injections, muscle relaxers, pain killers. The pain continues. I had numbness on the upper arms and upper legs. The nerve test are negative. I am having my hands shaky and, if I text it it hard to put my thumbs where I need it as they shake. The doctor doesn't have an idea of what else to do. I am depressed but, as long as I can work, it is ok. The pain is constant and now, almost every day, I have horrible foot cramps. Any idea?
