Injured Left Knee, Twisted And Popped, Sprain, Swelling, Bruise, Hip Pain. Treatment?

Hi on the 9th of October I injured my left knee at work. I didn t fall or anything the rocks under my feet shifted and my knee twisted and popped. I was diagnosed with a sprain . I returned to work two weeks later and my knee started to swell again and bruise I then started to feel pain from my hip down to my toes with tingling . What could that be?

Hallo Thanks for your query.You have injured your left knee 3 wweks back and your knee jt is still painful and swollen.You have get MRI of the knee jt done to rule out internal injury to co lateral ligaments and Cruciate Ligaments The further treatment wil be decided by an orthopedic surgeon.
