Hello
Welcome to HCM

While injecting meth it seems that the injection accidentally injured the vein and inflammation of vessel wall has occurred. It is called thrombophlebitis of vein. It causes pain, redness, swelling around affected area. If not treated properly it may result in spread of infection with serious complication. It may also lead to fibrosis in veins with blocked veins.
Best treatment is application of ice over affected part, thrombophobe cream for local application, pain killers for pain relief and to decrease inflammation. Also stop injecting meth in veins as it may lead fibroses veins and over all serious complications. Quit meth.

thanks
