Inflammed Testicles, Anus And Top Of Right Wrist After Taking Bactrim Antibiotic, Peeling Skin, Large, Red, Round Spot On Testicles. Help

I took one tablet of Bactrim antibiotic Sunday night and hours later my testicles, anus area and top of my right wrist became inflamed. Today, Wednesday, my testicles has skin peeling off causing burning raw areas, although it doesn`t hurt near as bad as it did. There is one large round spot very red on testicles. What to do?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Bactrim's ingredients are sulfamethoxazole +trimethoprim .
The side effects are very serious and even few patients collapse I have treated such cases.
This is known as sulfa drug reaction.
Patient develops anorexia, rashes, urticaria, TOXIC EPIDERMAL NECROLYSIS ( probably in your case).
Anyway keep one thing in mind , in future whenever get any medicine tell the doctor or pharmacist that sulfa drug allergy you have.
Now you have recovered so need not to take any medicine ,still for early healing you can take 1-2 tablet of steroid ( not more then this).
