Inflamed Nostril, Sinus Pain, Painful Lumps In The Nose. Reason?
I have an inflamed right nostril, I have been having quite a lot of sinus pain, gums feel like something is pushing on my nerves. I have noticed that a lump has appeared inside my nostril, when I press on it the nerve pain in my mouth goes away. It is very uncomfortable and extremely painful. I have felt unwell for several weeks now.

see your physician for the investigation like blood count, swab culture and sensitivity..
and broad spectrum antibiotics based on the result.. since this is a dangerous area of face, take treatment promptly..
