Hi Nassir.
I would like to know whether you have done an semen analysis or not. Well if you have varicocele, you should be happy that it is a correctable cause of male infertility in less severe varieties. You can go to a urologist/andrologist in a govt hospital in your locality who can help you. but i think since it is 11 years , your wife needs to be investigated as well.
good luck. take care
