Infected Tonsil With Fever Of A 3 Years Old Baby

My son is almost 3, he developed a fever 2 days ago. His fevers are 101-102. I see his tonsils look inflamed. Should I take him to the hospital to get antibiotics? He has been to the hospital three times already for throat infections last year alone. Please help.

Hi,
Welcome to HeathcareMagic Forum
Yes, he should be taken to a docor/hospital as soon as possible and given the required treatment. 102 degree fever is considered high for a 3 year old. And young children may have convulsions (fits) if fever is not controlled.
In future you may try homoeopathy , it gives excellent results in cases of recurrent tonsillitis, and is perfectly safe.
