Infant With Watery Motion, Pooped Twice. Is This Likely To Be "loose Motions"?

Hello,
My baby is 5days old. He is currently being fed breast milk and formula. His motions changed color from black (days 1-2), to brown (days 2-4), then to yellow thin and watery on day 5. Also, he pooped twice in quick succession the watery and yellow stool. Is this likely to be "loose motions"? Is this something to be checked out with his pediatritian? Thanks in advance for your response.
