For 4 month old baby no need to add any other milk
Only mother milk is required for baby for 2 years and after that no milk
Baby has no immunity till 2 years which is given by mothers milk till 2 years after that the internal immunity of baby starts and he does not need support of mother milk
after 2 years you can add other things
This age also you can other substances instead of milk
Dont add any milk till 2 years
Camelmilk has the same structure like human milk
i you still want you can add
but no need
for rashes you can apply calamine lotion abd fluticasone ointment
