Hello and welcome to HCM,
The analysis of urine test is as follows:
1. The physical attributes like color, appearance, specific gravity, and pH of urine are within normal limits.
2. The chemical examination is also within normal limits. No glucose, proteins,
ketone bodies, bilirubin, and urobilinogen are detected in the urine. These substances are present in the urine in abnormal conditions.
3. The microscopic examination reveals presence of pus cells,
epithelial cells, and red blood cells suggests presence of infection of the
urinary tract.
Infection can be associated with
hydronephrosis.
Treatment of this infection has to be done.
Treatment of infection will control the fever also.
Consult your
pediatrician with the report and prescription of drugs for infection.
Thanks and take care
