Infant With Dysentery, Green Stools, Red Rashes. Are The Medicines Phexin, Mintonia, Vizylac Right Treatment?

Hello Dr,

My baby is 7 months old and she is suffering from dysentery,as advised by the doctor we are giving her lot of water frequently & porridge,curd rice but the stool color has changed into green in the second day..mrvr rashes makes her screaming whole night...its become reddish& she cant even sit properly..The ointment using for that is T-bact, siloderm

Oral Medicines
phexin ,mintonia & vizylac

She has Severe cold too....it is advisable to take the same medicines or do i need to take a second opinion.

Continue with medication as advised.
I suggest you to avoid diapers and keep area dry,pat it gently while cleaning.
Regarding cold in case it persist get him examined by pediatrician he may need decongestant for that.
