Stinking poo with white bits- these could be undigested food particles. Does it contain mucus or blood and what's its frequency? Exclusive breast fed infants do not suffer from major intestinal infections and as long as the frequency and quantity of poo is less with normal active kid, there is nothing to concern about it.
