My 16 month old had had several break outs on her stomach and back. A few on her extremities as well. Initially, they look like a plain red bumble. Within 12 to 24 hrs , a small head will appear on the ump. Within a few days they go away. Dermatologist says its staph-- gave us clindamycin ointment which does help. Whydoesthis keep happening. We have been bathing her with dial soap and have done 2 rounds of mupirocin ointment to her nares5 day period , twice now
