Hello Dr, My 1 year old son is suffering from running nose from last night. When he was younger, I used to give him 10 drops of Tminic drops thrice a day for 3 days. Recently, for cold, my Paed prescribed a syrup named Snic which is same as Tminic syrup composition. He asked me to give Snic 2.5ml twice. But it is not available in the city where I am in. Can I give T-minic syrup 2.5ml instead? My query is that, in the Tminic syrup cover, it is written that dosage starts from 2 yrs and above. Kindly clear my confusion. Thanks.
