Infant Having Black Stool. White Blood Cells Found In The Urine. On Antibiotics. Are These Related?

Hi my daughter has been ill since monday. then yesterday her stool has been black. They tested her urine and it was positive for white blood cells and perscribed an antibiotic . She is not eating and drinking very little. She is having approx 10 runny nappies a day. Are the two connected ? She is 11 months old. has not been sick previously.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Get a stool routine examination done to look for any RBCs. Meanwhile add some probiotics to cover up for antibiotic use for urine infection.
