Infant Have Runny Nose And Fever. Prescribed Tamiflu. Looking For Suggestion

My son was 3 months old on January 4th. He was exposed to Swine Flu (his cousins), seven days ago and began to show signs of the flu yesterday. He has had a fever (100 - 101.5), running nose and irratibility. The doctor prescribed Tamiflu and I am very hesitant to give it to him. His fever seems under control with Tylenol but does come back. His irratibility and runny nose are still prevalent. Please advise.
