Infant has rash in the groin, chin, feet, blisters, no pus, had fever, restless in sleep. Fungal infection?

My 13 month old has a rash that started in his groin area and has seemed to spread to his chin & both feet. They are small bug bite looking marks and a couple look like tiny blisters & one has scabbed over but is not oozy or anything. He did have a fever a few days ago and is restless with his sleep. Is this impetigo? Or some type of fungal thi.g?

hi i think it is impetigo because fungal infection does not cause blisters .impetigo presents as blisters with honey coloured crusts and scab is a bacterial infection .it can be cured by antibiotic like cefixime twice daily ,crocin syrup twice daily and application of t-bact ointment after saline compressors can be helpful
