Infant Frequently Passing Stools And Urine. Given Rota Virus Vaccine. Suggestion?

hello doctor, my daughter is 4.5mnths old and she is passing stools frequently since 2 days...she had 12 to 15 episodes of stools in 24 hrs..also she is passing urine almost every 10 mints. color of stools are yellowish green with no fowl odour....she is exclusively on breast feeding..we have given her 1st dose of rota virus vaccine 15 days back..please suggest wat is to be done...

I don't think there is reason to panic.
If your child is breast fed and passes stool every time after feeds it is absolutely normal and there is no reason to panic.Greenish stool only indicates increased bile secretion that is non specific in nature. If she passes regular urine at intervals there is no reason to panic and it only indicates good hydration of the baby. If the baby is otherwise asymptomatic there is no reason to worry. Addition of a probiotic powder with breast milk will improve the consistency of stool.Hope this answers your query. have a nice day.
