Infant fell, no bumps, no cried, no vomiting. Should i worry?

My infant fell off the bed and seems fine. It s late so she wants to go back to sleep . I don t see nor feel any bumps. Shebisnnot crying and really did not cry at all. I am not totally sure what partbofnthe body she fell on. However she did not vomiting and seems fine. Do I have thing to worry about or is something can happen hours later

In my view
You have to observe your daughter for at least 48 hour for any sign and symptoms to develop.
If there is no problem till than there is nothing to worry.
