Hi,
Try to give breast feeds as long as possible.other normal cowscmilk based formula are OK.There s nothing called the best formula- all are same and almost have the same calorie and protein structure!Regarding mosegar,no need o gve any appetite stimulant in ths small baby.try different kinds of semisolids now, mshed ptato, boiled apple, etc.the baby at 7 months is more interested in the surroundings ndvnsturally the a petite will be apparently less. All the best
