Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Your son is suffering from Acute gastroenteritis mostly of viral origin.

You can continue Ondem for Vomiting. For the diarrhoea give him lots of fluids in the form of ORS,buttermilk, coconut water.Reduce the intake of milk and avoid very sweet juices. You could also give him probiotic Lactobacillus twice a day.

Since he is suffering from the illness his appetite will be low wait for him to get alright.See to it that he is passing adequate urine. If he does not improve get him investigated and re-examined by his doctor.

Regards
Take Care.
