Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
Presence of constipation along with bloating, obstruction in passing belching along with indigestion indicates decreased gasto-itestinal motility.
As such there is no correlation between decreased gasto-intestinal motility & cyst in ovary.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist / gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should also go for endoscopy for detail evaluation of upper gastro-intestinal tract.
You should also go for complete blood count, thyroid profile and serum calcium.
You should take proton pump inhibitors along with prokinetics.
You should avoid citrus fruits/ tomatoes/ oily and spicy food.
There is no correlation between mentioned symptoms and lack of enzyme.
Take care,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
