With the available described symptoms, there appears to be possibility of dyspepsia
with chances of gastroenteritis
Polyp in gall bladder
is a common problem and surgery is generally done when size is > 10 mm.
Although liver heamangioma size is progressively increasing but this is never associated with dyspeptic symptoms. You should keep watch on the size of liver haemangioma by frequent Ultrasound
Gilbert's syndrome is also associated with conjugated hyperbilirubinemia and never causes defined symptoms.
Rest defined investigations are in normal limits.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist and should go for thorough check up.
You should take complete antibiotic therapy along with prokinetics.
You should continue Rabeprazole
along with Alverine as advised by your treating docotr.
