Hi I m 30, female,was before 110 lbs but now I m 124lbs in a span of 4 months . And my tummy has become fat and I believe lot of fat around it too. And I m getting pain around my tummy I believe it could b becos of fat around and also it s unbearable. What do you suggest me? And is it true could it b pain becos of fat around. And I tried gym, yoga and 7 days diet but hardly I could loose only 2-3 lbs and I m back to same weight in couple of days again too. Not sure what else can I do for pain reduce!!!
Hello, An unbearable pain around your tummy can not be caused by fat around your abdomen.there is some other reason for it and you must consult your doctor for examination and investigations like ultrasound or a CT abdomen,blood tests and urine tests. As far as your increased wright is concerned,it can not be reduced overnight in few days.As the weight has taken many months to accumulate,similar many months are required to shed the weight. Get yourself tested for HYPOTHYROIDISM. Reduce your calorie intake. Quit junk foods like burgers and pizzas. Quit colas. Reduce fatty and deep fried foods. Do regular aerobic exercises for atleast 45 minutes a day.
If you find that you are not able to shed your weight of your own,you may take the help of some dietician for that. Consult the doctor for finding he cause or pain in abdomen. Thanks
