Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
The most common causes of
frequent urination indeed have been ruled out, but as your complaints are more related to nocturnal
enuresis, there could be a totally different perspective for this.
Nocturnal enuresis is usually more commonly seen in younger patients, but when seen in adults the factors that result in such a presentation have found to be
depression, anxiety, insomnia, etc.
A psychological-aspect will have to be ruled out. Please do not be alarmed by my suggestion, I am only here to help you, and if all investigations report a normal result, other aspects will have to be looked into, as is this one.
Please discuss the details with your doctor and get a reference to a good
psychologist or
psychiatrist, both of whom can be of assistance.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.
Best wishes.
