Increased heart beat, palpitations in neck, breathlessness, drained on exercising. Treatment?

I have always been quite fit and done quite a lot of exercises. However since 10 days ago as soon as I walk (even 10 steps on the stairs) my heart starts pumping quite a lot, and I can feel the palpitation even in my neck . I also feel out of breath and my whole body is totally drained as if I just run 10 km .....considering that until 4 months ago I could run 10k and not feel anything.....

hi eaetzo.. i would suggest you get you blood pressure checked.. you can also opt for a whole body checkup as it will help you diagnose the exact issue which you family doctor can help sort it for you...if you are stressed and nervous I suggest start with yoga and breathing techniques to calm your mind..
