The headache you feel in the day before the break of fast is due to hypoglycemia ( the drop in blood sugar). After eating, part of the blood is diverted to the gut for digestion. The heart has to work more to pump the required increase in cardiac output. You feel this as the palpitation or increased heart beat. The head can feel the increased pulsation which will be felt as a throbbing headache.
These are all normal physiological changes in the body and those who are sensitive can feel them. So relax, there is nothing to worry.
If you have further query, I am available.
