hi i m a boyof 19 years 5 3 is there any way to increse my height to 5 5 any how. i am disspointed.... pls tell me any suggession

Do not get disappointed by your height there are many people who are shorter than you are, look at them and feel happy at least you are this much tall. Any how your height cannot increase much at this age try doing aerobics. Individuals height, weight and skin colour is determined genetically. You cannot do much about changing the rules of the nature.
