Hi,Saleem,all the three choices are good for you,but in your case if you want long term protection cooper T is better if it accountable to your both.It is safe and effective.2nd option is pills ,they are also effective and safe.As far as the early ejaculation is concerned,please devote more time in foreplay,try deep breathing exercise,try stop and start technique,means withdraw in between,Press the base of your glans penis when you tend to ejaculate.This will definitely help.bye.

General & Family Physician Dr. Shainaz Arif Kaware's  Response
Hello saleem;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The normal time for intercourse is 3 mins and if you want to improve you can do -
-Kegel's exercises that is a exercise to strengthen pelvic muscle
-try stop and start method ;this you have to practice during mastrubation and when the time of ejaculation comes near you should stop it and again restart after a minute ;the time will increase but it will take practice and time.
-try to divert attention during sex also help to certain extent.
As for the better contraceptive all are good and all have some limitations like:-
-condom is fine but few men complain of less pleasure.
-Mala-D or any other contraceptive is good but long term use can give rise to hormonal problem;weight gain and symptoms like nausea;vomiting;giddiness etc in females .
-copper-T is fixed in uterus and is good but there are problems of excessive bleeding during periods;backpain etc.
So you see please consult with your wife and decide on a contraceptive which is suited better.As per general opinion in practice if it is suitable to your wife Copper-T is a better option as it has less side effects if it is suited to your wife and does not cause excess bleeding during periods.
