I'm suffering from three conditions that are driving me insane, perimenopause, insomnia, and OCD. I'm working on my OCD but it is exacerbated due to my lack of sleep. What help is there for me with menopause since I feel this is the big underlying part of my insomnia? Since HRT is not recommended, what recourse do I have? I've tried everything except the bigger sleeping aids. Unisom, etc. doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions? I plan on making an appointment with a sleep doctor.
