I'm pregnant and getting dizzy when I stand too quickly

I'm pregnant and getting dizzy when I stand too quickly.........last night it got really bad ...I was scared for me and my baby ........first I stood up and was tingly all over then dizzy and light headed he'll D on to counter for support quickly set back down ....when I sat down I started to quixlky over heat as if I had takin some 1000 mg niacin I steped out side it was rainin I was breathing funny and it was hard to speak .........whjats wrong with me what can I do to help this

I could have helped u better if u had told me how many weeks into the pregnancy u r
It is normal to feel dizzy, u should never get up quickly, there are chances u might black out
Niacin is not the cause for this problem. It i due to the fetus filled uterus pressing on the vena ceva
