Hi,

It seems the possible crack in skin or incision of surgery was secondarily infected after viral infection to cause inflammation of breast skin. It needs to be treated with suitable antibiotic earliest. Please consult your surgeon for local examination and advise for suitable antibiotic and anti inflammatory drugs.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
