I'm a runner, and have plantars fasciitis. I had it

I'm a runner, and have plantars fasciitis. I had it once 9 years ago and the only thing that helped was wearing inserts. So, I'm going to try that again. Do I need to wear both the left and right insert or can I wear it only in the right, where the pain is?

What is the best treatment of plantar fasciitis? Every free weeks there is unbearable pain in the heel. The pain is intermittent, every other minute for about 20-30 seconds. Cannot take NSAIDs. Hence take cocodamol but this doesn t help. The excruciating pain will just continue for 1-2 days and the. Go away again for week. Any ideas if this could be another ailment it what other treatment may help. Many thanks Sam
