what are some of the causes of extreme fatigue in a man 68 years of age? I ve had a stress test, and echo and a lot of blood work, everything came back negative. I was told I was just getting older. I m not sure how to process that. I ve been extremely active all of my life. I m not over weight. I ve been retired for 4 years and I ve stayed active. We have 40 acres and I work on it all of the time, plus other things. I m not ready to sit down in a rocker and wait to die. I m tired of feeling this way. I want to go and do not sit and wait.

My husband has retired 5 years ago, only 68 years old. Has been forgetting everything. He has forgotten to pick up our grandchildren. Does not appear to be bothered by things. He wouldn t get off the couch and had our 9 year old grandson answer the front door alone, a strange man was at the door, and he still did not get up? It seems as if his conscience has totally left him. I need some help.

My 68 year old father said to my mum and I that a television presenter looks at him for real, he said it started happening around 6 months ago, its gotten to the point that my dad has to leave the bedroom to change somewhere else because he thinks the people and especially the television presenter will see him change clothes, i am worried about my dad, do you know what kind of thing he mightt be going through or suffering from,? Is it ahlzeimers/mental disorder/ or something else? He is lately showing sign of forgetting alotof things like peoples names , not understanding who my mum is talking about and its a person we regularly see, not answering a question logically etc. your help would be much appreciated, i just want to get advice to see what kind of health professional i can refer him to see. Thankyou
