I'm 41 around 185 pounds and a few weeks ago

I'm 41 around 185 pounds and a few weeks ago i was lifting weights (a few weeks in or so) and while i was i heard a pop in my head and i immediately stopped and i started getting a headache. I continued to have minor pressure for a week or so but then slowly went away. It's been a few weeks or so now and i was wondering what happened? And will it be safe for me now to continue to lift weights and exercise again now?
Because i'm already started jogging but i want to light weights as well.

I was put into our local hospital immediatley due to high alt 185 . i am not a drinker at all or smoker, so they did all tes to discover problem i was having to have the issues from liver etc. They have checked everything at that point as far as all abdomen scans, mri, ct scans, even a scan you use on pregnant women. found nothing obstructing bile i am confused as to what would cause such levels ? so i just had a liver biopsy done two days ago, waiting on results ? just out of curiosity would a cream called trtriamcinolone acetonide cause any of this at all, only med i have used and its a cream ? or any ideas as to what could cause such liver alt elevations ?

I am 5 feet 7 inches tall and I weigh 185 pounds. Am I obse? I know I am over weight. I am a 47 year old female. I have no health issues. I am premenopausal. I exercise on average 2 a week. I aim for 3 to four times per week and usually make three, but there are times where I may go a week or two without any gym time. I watch what I eat, but do on weekends, like to drink red wine.

I am 41 and think I may be pregnant with my 4th child . My last pregnancy was difficult and I had a pulmonary embolism one week after delivery.I was put on coumadin for 6 months after. This was 7 years ago. I have beentested for every clotting disorder imaginable all normal except mthfr homo A, which a hematologist told me did not cause my PE. I do not take blood thinners, but do daily aspirin as a precaution. My question is, is it safe to be pregnant at this age and after a PE?
