Im 15 Boy, And I Think Im Having Heart Problems

Im 15 boy, and i think im having heart problems, help please? hello, recently iv been feeling werid things in my chest. im 15, 5 9, good shape, i do weights and a little running. my dad had a heart attack at age 52 and then lost 80 pounds, my dad s mom had a heart tripple bi-pass surgrey and 3 stints.... anyways, recently, if i sit still and feel my pulse i can feel my heart beat normally, then suddly it will like do like half a beat, pause for a second, then it feels like my heart is like at the top of my chest and like its heading for my throught or something. then it goes back to normal for a while. but sometimes, ill have that happen like 3 times in a row, or sometimes, none at all for hours. and also, it will seem to make a pattern, like 2 normal beats, then 1 funky one.... iv always had a pulse a little faster than everyone else...is there something seriusly wrong growing in me??? please any info will help. my parntes think im being foolish, but i dont...:( help please

I wouldn't panic with reading some of these answers. Probably just anxiety and palpitations. Your family looks like they're having age related heart problems or problems with clogged arteries from eating too many fats over the years. That wouldn't have much to do with what you are experiencing now. But you should get check just so you can stop worrying because worry will make the palpitations worse. I just wanted to add this because I read it in the news recently: it's about lifting weights and blood pressure. Breathe. Your blood pressure can increase to dangerous levels if you hold your breath during weight training. Exhaling during the lift and just plain breathing freely during your weight training exercise can prevent this.
