If your blood vessels got blocked, Is there any way to clean it out ?

once your blood vessels got dirty(which i mean blocked.) there's no way to clean it out. is it true?
(sorry my english isn't good. i'm working on it.) something causes inflammation in your blood vessel and it got blocked when the fat got sticked to that inflacmmation. i'm not sure that i'm right or not. anyway i heard that once your blood vessels got dirty(which i mean blocked.) there's no way to clean it out. is it true? i'd be vegeterian already if i knew that before. they should put that on the AD.

false, you can help to break down the plaque (name of the buildup). Low sodium diets, low fat diets and exercise can help with this. the disease is known as artherosclorosis, which is the blocking of the arteries from plaque, which if it stops flow completely can cause heart attack or stroke.

My friend was told that she had a blockage and would need a Stents. The doctor would like to do this in a weeks time. She do not want to get it done. She has high cholesterol also blood-pressure is high . She was not taking the Staten drug and she stopped taking her blood pressure medication. She start taking it now that the doctor phone the blockage she believes that now she will eat right and take medicine and the blockage will go away. I have a blood vessel on my left temple bulging out. It was never this way before. I got hit there about a month ago and ever since it has been swollen and bulged out. Its quite obvious. It was painful and first, but not so much anymore. I can see it like pulsating with my heartbeat . Even feel it at times. Why is this happening? Can it be fixed?
