If the multiple test of pregnancy are negative then you are surely not pregnant till now but since your ovulation test is positive now you have to take care and if needed have sex with protection as now there will be chances of pregnancy as the ovulation period is the most fertile period of a menstrual cycle. If you have not conceived then if the ovulation is late your periods will be late.

Ovulation may not occur at a predictable time in the menstrual cycle, however. A number of factors may cause an unexpectedly early or late ovulation, even for women with a history of regular menstrual cycles.
Please consult a good doctor.
