If my brother ever threw up blood should I call the ambulance ?

If my brother ever threw up blood should I call the ambulance? Well he never actually threw up blood. I m just curios because I am overprotected of my little brother. He s 13, I m 22.... He gets sick a lot of times and every month he throws up. If I saw him 1 time, throwing up blood. Should I be worried and call the ambulance....?

If he barfs up blood, call the ambulance immediately. Internal bleeding should not be taken lightly, and if you get him to the hospital quickly it can be taken care of effectively and efficiently. If you don't you could potentially be risking further damage and risking his life. as a general rule: if in doubt, call the ambulance/local medical hotline. Better safe than sorry. Hope it helps :)

My friend has just texted me saying she s going to take 60 Fluoxetine 20mg and 52 Zopiclone . She was in hospital for an overdose before Xmas but she was let out the same day although I m unsure what she took then. Should I call an ambulance (although I m not sure where she is at the moment but maybe the police can trace her mobile signal)? I m just a bit worried about what she s saying she s going to take.

Hi, My brother is 37 yrs old has 156/82 bp and they did blood test, so Dr. gave him Atenolol and baby Aspirin. Also did blood work and it came back w/ Thyroid too low. So Dr. also gave him Methimazole. Was the Dr. too quick to give him the BP meds? Should he go get a 2nd opinion?
