If left untreated, how long would you survive after a heart attack? thats about all I want to know. Okay, I would like to know about and acute heart attack and a SEVERE heart attack.

James just because your CPK was elevated does not mean you had a heart attack. If they measured your CPK-MB which is specific to heart muscle destruction was positive then you did have a heart attack.Did they ever recheck it since? Did you have any ecg changes.? Yes you look at specific lab values to aid in diagnosis and your ecg and your echocardiogram, but when I read your question I did not think heart attack for 1 second.
