How Long Can A Person Bleeding In The Foot Due To Gangrene Sustain?

If a person has gangrene and both feet they have toes completely black and has the gas pimples . her arteries are completely black to her knees. However today one foot on the bottom began to bleed severley. She refuses treatment. how long can she possibly continue like this

Gangrene is a serious condition and the affected part should be cut surgically without wasting the time.The person suffering from gangrene should be explained by the doctor about the seriousness of the condition. If not treated immediately,the more part may be involved by gangrenous changes. The person might agree for the surgery.
