Welcome to HealthcareMagic. Unprotected oral intercourse and taking sperms in mouth can cause STD’s ( sexually transmitted diseases) like herpes, HIV, genital warts etc. HIV is dangerous especially if you the girl has any open sores in mouth. Hope it helps you. Regards.
