Id the foot disease..

I have recurring small postule bumps on my foot. They always break out in about the same area - the outside of my foot around the sole area. I have put anti-fungal cream and band aids on it, but that seems to irritate it. My mother-in-law thinks it's the same thing her husband had and it was called ID. Any suggestions?

Recurring small pustules means infectious origin. If they are occuring in the area it means that the infection is localized and has not cleared yet. Antifungal creams does help but not in bacterial infections. So for bacterial you shall need some antibiotics as well and also excision if necessary.
