IVF Donor Pregnancy, With Vaginal Bleeding. Baby Heart Beat 114. Any Complication?

Hello Doctor, I got vaginal bleeding 2 days back and now it stopped for more than 36 hours. I am 6 weeks pregnant and my blood group is AB -ve. This is IVF donor pregnancy. They kept 2 embroyo and only 1 survived. I took a scan and found baby heart beat is 114. I am really scared. Just wanted to know is everything normal ? Why was there a vaginal bleeding ?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
A bleeding at 6 weeks pregnancy is suggestive of a threatened abortion. You need to have an anti Rh antibody injection after every such bleeding episode to avoid any Rh incompatibility. Since the heart beat is normal, there is nothing to worry.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
